CAVO Terms of Use
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of CAVO, a vehicle discovery application operated by Joshua Korori (“CAVO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using CAVO, you agree to these Terms.
1. What CAVO does
CAVO helps users discover and browse vehicles.
CAVO may display information such as:
- vehicle make, model, trim, and year
- price
- mileage
- vehicle condition and specifications
- listing photographs
- seller or dealer information
- links or actions that allow you to contact a dealer or visit a dealer website
CAVO is primarily a discovery and information platform.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, CAVO is not the seller, dealer, owner, manufacturer, lender, insurer, broker, or purchaser of vehicles displayed in the app.
2. Vehicle information may change
Vehicle information may be supplied by dealers or other third-party data sources.
Although we aim to display useful and accurate information, CAVO does not guarantee that listing information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
This includes, without limitation:
- price
- mileage
- vehicle specifications
- condition
- equipment or options
- photographs
- dealer information
- availability
A vehicle displayed in CAVO may already have been sold, removed, repriced, or changed.
You should independently confirm important information with the applicable dealer or seller before making a purchasing decision.
3. No vehicle transaction with CAVO
Viewing a vehicle on CAVO does not create a purchase agreement between you and CAVO.
Any vehicle purchase, lease, financing arrangement, trade-in, deposit, warranty, insurance product, or other transaction is between you and the applicable third party unless CAVO expressly states otherwise.
CAVO is not responsible for disputes arising from transactions between users and dealers, sellers, lenders, insurers, or other third parties.
4. Third-party services
CAVO may link to or open third-party services, including:
- dealer websites
- telephone services
- maps and navigation
- vehicle-related websites
- external listing pages
Those services are controlled by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy practices.
CAVO is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, products, representations, or business practices.
5. Personalized recommendations
CAVO may personalize portions of the app, including the For You feed, based on interactions with vehicles.
Recommendations are intended to help users discover relevant listings. They are not professional advice and do not constitute a recommendation that you should purchase, finance, lease, or invest in any particular vehicle.
Placement or ranking does not guarantee quality, value, suitability, reliability, or availability.
6. Saved listings
Saving a vehicle does not reserve it or guarantee that the listing will remain available.
Listings may disappear or change at any time.
7. Permitted use
You may use CAVO for personal, lawful vehicle-discovery purposes.
You may not:
- interfere with or disrupt the service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to CAVO systems
- reverse engineer or misuse portions of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it
- use automated systems to scrape or extract CAVO content without authorization
- use CAVO to violate any law or third-party right
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with CAVO
8. Intellectual property
CAVO’s software, branding, interface, design, and original content are owned by CAVO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Vehicle photographs, trademarks, logos, and listing content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of CAVO or third-party intellectual property to you.
9. Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict portions of CAVO at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, inventory-provider changes, or other circumstances.
10. Disclaimer
CAVO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We make no warranty that:
- every listing is accurate
- every vehicle remains available
- a vehicle is mechanically sound or legally compliant
- a listed price will be honored
- a recommendation is appropriate for you
- the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free
You are responsible for conducting your own inspection, research, due diligence, and verification before entering into any vehicle transaction.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAVO and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or dealings with third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CAVO and its operator harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
13. Users under the age of majority
CAVO is not intended for children under 13.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use CAVO with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
14. United States service
CAVO is currently designed primarily for users and vehicle inventory in the United States.
We do not represent that the service is appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes.
The updated Terms will include a revised effective date. Continuing to use CAVO after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
